JAMMU, July 31: National Mazdoor Conference (NMC) today appealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce the release of pending installment of 5 %DA due from July 1, 2019 in favor of Central and State Government employees and pensioners.
The rate of compensation was revised every six months based on average of the consumer price index for previous months.
"We appeal to PM Narendra Modi to announce the release of 5% DA due from July 1, 2019 in favor the employees and pensioners of Central and State Governments in view of increasing inflation and price hike of essential commodities," the memorandum send by NMC reads. |
