| Srinagar, July 31: In a Public Interest Litigation filed seeking directions to the authorities to allow use and sale of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) or e-cigarettes in J&K, a Division Bench of the High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Rashid Ali Dar on Wednesday directed the Union of India through Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to file objections within six weeks. |
