Jammu, July 31: Carmel Convent Higher Secondary School, Kunjwani culminated the fancy dress competition today. Among many activities of the ISA project, Fancy Dress Competition flagged off on theme "Cherish Your Freedom". The purpose of conducting the competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also develop confidence in the Carmelites of pre primary and primary sections by giving them an opportunity to get on the stage and speak in front of an audience.
The children were seen dressed as freedom fighters from India, France and South Africa and emphasized upon their sacrifice and importance in making our lives easier. The activity helped the children to learn the dynamics of international relations.
Principal Sr. Maria Swati lauded the admirable performances of the tiny tots and thanked the parents and teachers for the success of the event. |
