Jammu, Aug 17: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Corporator Pritam Singh today inaugurated open Gym at Apna Vihar falling in Ward-55 and commissioned the requisite number of equipments related to open gym on the demands of the locals.
Corporator Pritam Singh while speaking on the occasion informed that Jammu Municipal Corporation has already taken up the job of commissioning open gyms along with installing required number of equipments related to them so that general public, locals, old persons and children can avail full benefit of these facilities in an open and eco- friendly atmosphere and inhale fresh air while performing different types of physical exercise and its related activities on routine basis.
He appealed to the people to cooperate with JMC in making the city neat, clean, green and healthy.
He further added that Jammu Municipal Corporation was going to install fountains at different rotaries to beautify the Jammu city including Ward-55 very soon. The residents including senior citizens, women and children of the ward and Kewal saini, manvinder singh dutta, S. c khajuria, H. k pangotra, B. R chandan, Sk Arora, suraj chopra, T. R sharma, bharat bhushan, Rampal saini, T.p singh, vijay nanda pritam singh jamwal , neeraj tandon were also present on the occasion.
