Jammu, June 9: Civil Defence organization distributed masks & sanitizers among the people at Sabzi Mandi canal Road and Maheshpura chowk Jammu.
The whole exercise was held under the direct supervision of Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu Rajesh Sharma (Dysp) and Chief warden Parmjit Kumar.
The Programme was also attended by Div Warden Vinod Sharma, Jagdish Kumar, Post Warden, Vimal Pandita, Amit Nayar, Charnjit Kumar, Yashpaul & sector warden Himmat Kumar.
Speaking on the occasion Dy. Controller civil Defence, highlighted the role of Civil Defence volunteers/ Wardens particular at the time of Disaster like Covid- 19, S.O.P. Chief warden Parmjit Kumar also spoke on the occasion that our volunteers have been playing an important role to educate the people to follow the Guidelines regarding the Covid- 19 and they are also reminding those people who have been forget to wear masks and follow the Covid protocols, our volunteers/ wardens also follow the S.O.P during such types of exercise. |
