JAMMU, July 3: Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor JMC along with Vivod Gupta, Anuradha Charak and other BJP members of ward no. 1 conducted plantation drive as a way to celebrate Dr. Shama Prasad Mookerjee's Pakhwada. Purnima Sharma, remembering the teachings and ideals of Dr. Shyama Prasadh Mukherjee said that in order to celebrate the pakhwada of Dr. Shama Prasad Mukherjee today we organised a plantation drive in ward no. 1.
Purnima Sharma further said that he made courageous efforts to further India's unity. His thoughts and ideals give strength to millions across the nation and further added that it is the duty of everyone of us to contribute in any possible way, but at the same time, she insisted that the biggest contribution will be not to venture out of our homes unnecessarily.
She simultaneously appealed to all for strictly adhering to the guidelines issued by the enforcement agencies to check the spread of Covid 19 (corona virus) infection. |
