Sanjita attends national meeting of BJP Mahila Morcha | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 3: Jammu and Kashmir BJP Mahila Morcha President, Sanjita Dogra attended National Meeting of the Morcha at New Delhi and apprised the national leadership of the activities being undertaken by the Morcha in the Union Territory of J&K. Applauding the Mahila Morcha's initiatives JP Nadda, the National President of BJP, said that women hold key to reformed and civilized society while working on the very spirit of humanism and patriotism in the world. He stressed on the greater role of women in the society. He said that the BJP is the only political party that has represented the women very fairly in every field and stands for true empowerment of women and also applauded for the dedicated role of Mahila Morcha during COVID-19 19 pandemic. National General Secretary & Mahila Morcha Prabhari Dushyant Kumar Gautam while interacting with the State Presidents of Mahila Morcha said that BJP is an organisation where women have equal rights and respect and in all the programmes of BJP, women play a major role. Morcha National President Vanathi Srinivasan, in the meeting, asked the participants to work hard for further strengthening the organizational structure in their respective States/UTs. She also highlighted the various measures taken by the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narender Modi to contain and manage the COVID-19 pandemic as well as social initiatives like financial aid to Jan Dhan account holders, farmers, senior citizens and the disabled persons in the country and distribution of free ration to people below the poverty line. She added that the Mahila Morcha is committed to welfare of women folk. Srinivasan appreciated the working of the BJP Mahila Morcha of J&K UT during the Covid -19 pandemic and applauded that reporting of Jammu and Kashmir is on the first place. |
