KATHUA, July 3: Impressive pipping ceremony was held at IRP-19th Battalion Headquarters Kathua to decorate and honour the recently promoted Police officials to the Non -Gazetted Officers (NGO) rank of Assistant Sub Inspectors of Police.
Harpal Singh, Tarsem Singh, Payara Singh and Shamas-U-Din of IRP 19th Battalion have been recently promoted as Assistant Sub Inspectors of Police after putting in over three decades of meritorious unblemished services in J&K Armed Police. Commandant of the Battalion SSP Benam Tosh, Deputy Commandant SP Santokh Raj and other officers decorated the promoted officers amid elated atmosphere of round of applause, clapping, greetings & well wishes from the colleague officers and officials. The Commandant IRP-19th Battalion congratulated the newly promoted Police Personnel and expressed hope that the officers will work with same zeal and dedication in new Ranks as well. He also conveyed best wishes to their families, nears and dears. |
