Aam Aadmi Party demands immediate restoration of statehood
7/4/2021 12:20:38 AM

Early Times Report

Jammu, July 3: Gurmeet Singh, Aam Aadmi Party leader and social Activist Jammu and Kashmir Union territory has appealed to the Central Government to immediately restore Statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement here today, Singh urged centre govt to fulfil the promise they made on the floor of the House for restoring statehood to the Jammu and Kashmir.
People of Jammu Kashmir are highly dissatisfied with BJP and that is why people of Jammu Kashmir want statehood. On one side central government is committed to Statehood to J&K but on the other side administration is changing laws and making amendments which is beyond their mandate shows clearly that GOI is not sincere to the people of J&K in granting statehood.
The central government and state administration are not fulfilling its promise to provide employment to the youth of the state as well as country. No doubt big statements are issued for providing jobs to youth but till now nothing is seen on the ground and only false promises are made, thus exposing BJP lies.
The Aam Aadmi Party will continue its struggle for the rights of the people of Jammu Kashmir and demanded restoration of statehood with full protection of Jobs and land rights, Gurmeet Singh said.
