Udhampur family alleges GMC Jammu staff of high-handedness, negligence | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 24: A family of Udhampur today alleged that the doctors and the para-medical staff at Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu did not pay attention to their child who developed skin complications at her home. The family alleged that the doctors and the para-medical staff at GMC Jammu abused them and threatened them of dire consequences. The family alleged that they were forced to move from ward to ward and no treatment was given to their small daughter. They said that they were forced to get the drip set from market. The family said that the doctors posted in the emergency department of GMC gave first aid and coerced them to shift the child to some other ward. They said the officials of the ward asked them to get out and in fact a doctor said that he would beat them up. They said the child has not been attended so far. |
