| "CHAAR DIN KI CHANDNI PHIR ANDEHRI RAAT" and in English it is like this, " Beauty is nine days wonder".
What I am today ? - I may not be the same tomorrow.
What you are today?-you cannot be the same tomorrow.
What you were yesterday ? you are not the same today.
Same thing apply to all. Time and tide wait for none. Those who are intelligent and wise enough do not miss the bus, they usually board the bus when is at the Bus stop but in any case they don't prefer to catch a bus thereby hiring a taxi to board the Bus. Pertinent to mention here that still permutations and combinations are going on but without any positive results. On 13-01-2015, Omar Abdullah, the former Chief Minister got delivered his letter to the Governor through his MLA Nagrota Devindar Singh Rana in support of PDP unconditionally to form the next Government in the State. But sorry to note that this too yielded nothing as the Chief Spokesperson of the PDP Nayeem Akhtar out rightly rejected the offer made by Jr. Abdullah on this plea that since the People at large have given the mandate for a CHANGE and in that condition how the PDP can join hands with the National Conference which is again interested to remain in power from the backdoors. If we join hands with NC, it would be a total BETRAYAL with the voters who from the core of their hearts supported the PDP in the recently concluded Assembly elections. Now this is very clear that the possibility of PDP and NC combine is totally ruled out.
Now in the prevailing political circumstances, One can think of PDP and BJP combine only. And this is the high time that the leaderships of this combine leaving all petty things apart should join their hands in forming the Government in the State for the welfare of the people at large without waisting any further time . Now the time has come to act swiftly. Highness shall prevail on the 2 parties in reaching at a logical conclusion. Out rightly rejecting the NC and the Indian National Congress .the people of the State have given their mandate to PDP in Srinagar and BJP in Jammu . Now it is the moral duty and responsibility of these political parties to give respect to the given verdict and provide a stable and strong Government.
They should rather think liberally for the overall interests of the people of the State of Jammu and Kashmir who really are interested much in theALL ROUND DEVELOPMENT IN THE STATE.
By making good use of the opportunity provided by the almighty, one should encash the same immediately without inviting any unnecessary arguments. Since the almighty has provided an opportunity to the PDP and the BJP for forming the stable and strong Government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir , without waisting anytime further , they should, while rising above the party lines and keeping other compulsions aside, with broader mindedness take the well considered initiative in forming the Government in J&K immediately. As the people are well aware that the leadership of these political parties are wise enough and determined to take decisions in the right earnest always. Though they have certain pinching issues which they should keep them aside and later with the passage of time, a 'CHURCHA' can be made on this score to arrive at a logical conclusion. This would be the best strategy on which both the stake holders should concentrate keeping in view the interests of the Electorates with the help and support, they are at this stage of Supermacy over the rejected, dejected and frustrated stuff of the National Conference and the Indian National Congress. I know that the extreme ends never comes together. But there are certain examples in the history that such like things can happen. For instance.
Geographically
1.Unification of both the Germanies- West Germany and East Germany
2.North Korea and South Korea
3. Berlin Wall
Politically
In our history of Parliamentary Democracy, there are many instances for which the Citizens of this great Country had not thought for the same:-
1. Formation of Janta Party in 1977 after the Emergency lifted was made, which ruled the Nation for some time,
2. Malayam's Samajwadi Party for years together was in the Congress' Pocket and now once again ready to cease its identity in the wake of forming A National Party at the Centre once again- A combination of JDU. JDS, RJD, INLD , SP etc. etc.
3. LNJP going into the BJP Pocket
and many other instances.
Pertinent to mention here that it is very easy to swim with the current and it is very difficult to swim across the current.
Those who swim across the current find their names in the history as they are EXEMPLARY ONES.

Therefore , prevailing situation demands so. YEH BI HO SAKTA HAI KE AGE CHAL KE IS COMBINATION SE INDO PAK DIALOGUE SHURU HO JAYE ! JO SAB KE HIT MEIN HOGA.
This is why I am projecting all this that they should get motivated after having read the same and accordingly rise to the occasion in forming the State Government jointly.Since they are the elected Representatives of the masses as it becomes obligatory on their part to think always for the people at large in the right earnest. Now it is up to them to decide positively. These are my well considered pleas in support of Government Formation by the PDP and the BJP together.
Thank God!. PDP and the BJP at the moment are feeling jubilant in seeing themselves at No.1 & 2 position in the recently constituted J&K Legislative Assembly. In case, they went on taking the things very lightly and in a casual manner- Things will not remain the same as it is. If this present Stalemate remained continuous, the Legislative Assembly kept in " Suspended Animation " can be dissolved after getting the NOD from the President of India. In that eventuality, these political parties in case of another Assembly Elections in the State would not be at the same position as they are today. It is for them to analyse the things in the right perspective. Things are moving but with no results. On 16-01-2015, Mufti Mohammed Sayeed Patron of PDP had a 2 hours and 30 minutes meeting with the HE -The Governor of the State Vohra Sahib over a dinner hosted by the later in the evening- Both had the discussions over the issue of Government formation in the State. Detailed discussions on the issue involved could not be ascertained as it was a 'One to One' meeting. With this meeting a ray of hope is generated further that Mufti is serious in Government formation as his entry into Raj Bhawan conveys even beyond Government formation.
Let's hope for the BEST.
