One killed, 5 injured as Tata Magic falls into deep gorge 1/18/2015 12:02:53 AM Early Times Report Rajouri, Jan 17 : Five persons were critically injured while the driver of a Tata Magic passenger vehicle was killed when it skidded off the road and fell in a deep gorge under the jurisdiction of Kotranka police station. Police said that the Tata Magic was on way to Kandi village from tehsil headquarter at Kotranka and at about 11 am it met with an accident near village Sara on Rajouri-Budhal road. Police sources said that the driver while giving way to a vehicle coming from opposite side couldn't control the speed and vehicle fell 50 feet deep gorge. All the passengers including driver received serious injuries and were rescued to Public Health Center at Kotranka by the people who reached the spot. Sources added that Zakir Hussain s/o Faqir Mohd , driver of the vehicle succumbed to his injuries during treatment while all other five responding to the treatment. The injured have been identified as Mohd Yaqoob s/o Mohd Khan, Asia Nazd/o Mohd Riaz, Mohd Iqbal s/o Aziz Mohd , Yasar Arafat s/o Mohd Ryaz and Nazik Khan s/o Mohd Yaqoob all residents of village Kandi   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
