Jammu, Feb 11: A general body of Voice of KPs today held meeting under the chairmanship of Roshan Lal Raina. According to press release, Roshan Lal said that the Kashmir Pandits Migrants face hardships due to non-enhancement cash assistance approved by state cabinet a year ago. The members of KPs observed that Kashmiri Migrants were compelled to sell their immovable properties in valley in order to meet the unavoidable expenditures like medical needs, marriages of grown up daughters and educational needs by the successive state and central government. They further said that the members appealed authorities to declare the enhancement before Shiv- Ratri either the festival will be an unfortunate for the community and speed up the work of hospital internal lanes and parks of Jagti township. ML Dhar, Shesh Nag, Ravinder Raina, Munoo, RL Fotedar and Chuni Lal Koul also were present on the occasion. |
