UDHAMPUR, Mar 19: One day Chountra Mata pilgrimage shall be conducted towards the Holy Darbar of Chountra Mata situated between village Rang and Bulhand of district Udhampur, on March 22, 2015.
The Yatra would start towards the holy durbar of Mahamaya Mata Chountra from various place of the district which include Narsingh ji temple, Ramnagar, Jagannath Ji Mandir, Thial and Vishwakarma Bhawan MH Chowk Udhampur on March 22, 2015 morning in a procession of devotees chanting religious hymns. Elaborate arrangements like drinking water, power supply, security, first-aid, transport and sanitation at the Shrine site and enroute have also been made by the District Administration Udhampur for the smooth conduct of the yatra. Mahamaya Chountra Mata management committee and various social organizations shall also arrange free stalls and langars for the devotees. |
