Court asks Com GAD to file objections, appear in person 3/19/2015 11:20:20 PM Jammu, Mar 19: Justice Janak Raj Kotwa of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today directed Commissioner/ Secretary GAD to file objections by next date of hearing or appear in person. After hearing petitioner, Rajesh Gupta, Executive Engineer, REW, DRDJ, who appeared in person, the J&K High Court Jammu Wing directed Commissioner/ Secretary GAD to file objections by next date of hearing or appear in person. Pertinent to mention that Rajesh Gupta had filed a writ petition in Jammu High Court for not release of his salaries despite re instatement order passed by Supreme Court of India in order dtd 23/01/2013. With the intervention of the Court, Jammu his salaries were released in ending December, 2014 but a part of full salaries was withheld on the part of Secretary GAD for issuance of a clarification. In order dtd 21/08/2014, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat Judge passed an order as it is unfortunate that one or other pretext, the judgment of Apex Court is not been implemented in its letter & spirit. Respondents are directed to comply with the judgment of the Apex Court in so far as payment of back wages to the tune of 30% is concerned, failing which the respondents shall appear in person to explain their position but respondents didn't bothered. In order dated 22/11/2014, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Judge passed an order as "Let all the respondents file reply to the main petition by the next date.
