HC orders status-quo in MVD Inspectors case 3/24/2015 11:01:32 PM Jammu, Mar 24 : In a petition filed by Sunil Cannie and Ors Junior Engineers (Mechanical) from PW (R&B) Department, having been brought in the Motor Vehicle Department of Transport Department against clear available vacancies of Motor Vehicle Inspectors, the Justice Janak Raj Kotwal issued notices to the Commissioner/Secretary Transport department returnable within four weeks and directed to file objections, besides directing respondents to observe status quo in this regard shall be maintained till next date,. Justice Janak Raj Kotwal after hearing Adv Vikram Sharma with Suresh Sharma appearing for the petitioner issued notices to the Commissioner/Secretary Transport department returnable within four weeks and directed to file objections and in meanwhile directed respondents that till next date, status quo in regard to the post held by the petitioners shall be maintained.
