20 illegal Brick Kilns closed in Budgam 5/14/2015 12:08:58 AM Early Times Report BUDGAM, May 13: Taking strong note of the complaints, a special drive was launched today by the District Development Commissioner Budgam Mir Altaf Ahmad against the illegal Brick Kilns. He said till today 20 illegal Brick kilns were sealed.
