Jammu, May 31: UCMAS Abacus, a Malaysia based organization pioneering in abacus based brain development program conducted Battle of Brain - 5th J&K state Level Ucmas Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition 2015 at Jammu.
This Competition was organized by as per the guideline provided by Akademi Sempoa & Mental Aritmetik U C MAS Sdn. Bhd., MALAYSIA & UCMAS India Network, Gujrat 500 students pursuing Ucmas course participated in different Batchs.
The competition was conducted in 8 levels where 200 questions of Arithmetic (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division) were asked and children were given a time of mere 8 minutes to complete the paper.
Due to the vigorous training provided at UCMAS centers in Jammu for state level competition little kids from are now able to answer trickiest of mathematical question within seconds. UCMAS is the result of ancient research, which states how to explore and develop the potentialities of the human brain fully.
The ancient tool, abacus used in the course is a part of the ancient art of mathematics. This tool helps to develop memory, concentration, creativity, speed and accuracy of a child which results in student's better performance.
