New Delhi, June 1: Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Ladakh in the weekend and assess the situation in some forward areas which had seen incursion by China in the past. During the three-day trip, beginning on June 5, the Home Minister will review the progress of various infrastructure development projects along the Sino-India border in Ladakh.
Singh will interact with personnel of the Indo Tibetan Border Police deployed along the snow-covered heights.
There had been stand-off between the forces of India and China on several occasions in the past. |
