| So called election in PoK unacceptable: Arora | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 5: Pakistan has connived with China and in execution of a big plan against India, it has started working with a common modus operandi. Pakistan has already handed over big chunk of land in Gilgit and Baltistan to China, said BJP State Vice President and MLC Ramesh Arora.
Ramesh Arora further said recent elections in PoK over 24 segments are meant to misled the world community, infact, Pakistan has made PoK as a subordinate colony of its regime and have not given full rights to citizens of PoK.
That is why demand of separatism is growing in PoK. People of this part of Kashmir are of the firm opinion that accession is complete and irrevocable. We endorse the resolution of 1994 passed by Indian Parliament where it was mentioned that only dispute with Pakistan is to get back PoK and also feel that merger after accession was complete as constituent assembly accepted the same after independence.
Pakistan government has no locus to conduct so called elections in the belt of Gilgit and Baltistan where people want to get rid off Pakistan dictatorship.
Ramesh Arora further said it is not out of place to mention that a pre-requisite condition was imposed on voters that only those persons can vote who favours that PoK should be merged in Pakistan.
Arora said our constitution have reserved 24 seats and have defined its territory also and further people residing in India feel that accession signed on October 26, 1947 is complete. |
