Sangarsh launches signature campaign against scholarship scam in BGSBU 7/20/2015 12:05:08 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 19: In a bid to make a logical end to the alleged neoptism, favourtism and scams in the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri the activists of Sangarsh- a Civic Movement for Justice, Equality, Peace, Prosperity and Brotherhood launched a week long signature campaign in the border district Rajouri from today. Interacting with the media persons the General Secretary of the Movement, Dr Suresh Kumar said that it is the right time to expose real culprits of the BGSBU scams, that is why now we decided to come among the masses to aware them with the misdoings and mismanagement of the university authority. As earlier also, we raised the issue of financial bungling, scholarship scams and backdoor appointments but no action is taken against any high official of the university. It is really unfortunate on the part of the state government who has observed a criminal silence over all such wrong activities in the university. Through this signature campaign our motive is just to awake the deep sleeping local administration and the state government and we shall not stop till the culprits are put behind bars, he added.
