SDM Billawar distributes certificates, stipend under DUDA project 7/25/2015 12:38:52 AM Early Times Report Kathua, July 24: SDM Billawar R S Charak today distributed certificate and stipend among beneficiaries under Skill Development Training Programme organized by District Urban Development Agency (DUDA) Kathua. Speaking on this occasion SDM Billawar R S Charak highlighted importance of skill development training programmes by which unemployed youths can generate self employment ventures and it is the need of hour that the beneficiaries especially belonging to BPL category should take part in economic development activities of state. He also highlighted the importance of various scheme being implemented by District Urban Development Agency Kathua and exhorted youths to step forward and take maximum benefits of these scheme He also appreciated the role of DUDA important training to the youth of the urban areas.
