New Delhi, Aug 7: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) President Kundan stated that the BJP leaders in the state of J&K as well as at the centre have forgotten the role of people of Jammu including Kashmiri Pandits in their victory and putting them on driver's seat and recent Jammu agitation should serve as an eye opener for them. "They should mend their ways and fulfill their promises. BJP leaders need to realize that they are not indispensable if people revolt", he said, while addressing a meeting of workers in Delhi. He further said that it would be in the interest of these BJP leaders and ministers, who should come out of their shells, meet and mingle with the people who ensured their victory and brought them in the power and suggested that the whole BJP leadership must sit together without losing a moment to find where it went wrong. It can win back the trust of the alienated people of Jammu. Displaced Kashmiri Pandits and others by taking steps to resolve other vital issues also which mainly include to abrogation of Article 370, review of the agenda of alliance, one place settlement of KPs with in the ambit of Indian constitution, redressal of problems of POK-PAK refugees settled at Jammu and also review of the situation arises out in the aftermath of it became part of the state Govt. and its establishment. Otherwise, another agitation to fulfill the above mentioned demands can not be ruled out. |
