RAJOURI, Aug 7 : Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages sub office Rajouri, organised a multi lingual Mushaira in the memory of Mohd Ishaq Bajran, a renewed Poet of Bera Goa Kalakote at Govt. Hr. Sec. School Kalakote today. The programme was started with the welcome address of Dr. Alamdar Adam Cultural Officer Rajouri who briefed that the main objective of such activities is not only to inculcate the writing skills and spirit among younger generation but also spreading a massage of peace, prosperity, communal harmony, brotherhood ,oneness and to attract them towards local languages and folk art also. The function was presided over by a Renowned Poet K K Khaki where as Sanjive Suri, Principal Govt Hr. Sec school Kalakote was the Chief Guest ,the poets presented their unpublished and latest poetic collection on the occasion were Iqbal Hussain Shah, Joginder Paul ,Darshan lal, Sumit Sudan, Sanjeev Khajuria, Neeru Sharma,Ropali Sharma, K K Khakhi ,Abdul Ghani, Lucky Kumar Sharma, Master Tilak Raj Sharma, Shabir Ahmed Bajran, Dr.Triq Faheem, Rafi Shabnam, Irfan choudhary, Sajjad Sajid, Shabir Shakir, Sarwar Khayali, Shahbaaz Waseem, Maqbool challa and others. People of the area, teachers and students of the institution fully enjoyed the composite mushaira and appreciated the steps of cultural officer taken for the developments of local languages, folk music and folk art. The program was conducted by Yasin Naz a renowned artists of the area , at the end chief guest and K.K Khaki in his address appreciated the working of Dr. Alamdar Adam cultural officer, Rajouri and spoke related to the importance of such type of cultural and literary activities. |
