Civil Society and traders submits memorandum to SDM Banihal

Banihal, Aug 7: Expressing concerns over the lack of medical facilities at Emergency Hospital Banihal, Civil Society Banihal and Beopar Mandal Banihal jointly submit memorandum to the Sub District Magistrate (SDM) Banihal in raise the issue of non availability of Doctors in Emergency Hospital Banihal to concerned quarters.
Earlier before one week on last Friday Banihal town was bandh and locals protests against the lack of specialist doctors in the hospital. At that time the district administration and chief medical officer Ramban assured the people that they will provide the doctors in the hospital within one week.
The civil society in its memorandum stated to the administration and health department to take early decision in this regard and not to force the general masses of Banihal to go on indefinite strike. They warned district administration if their demands are met with then they go for indefinite strike from August 14.
