JK Pradesh Cong Seva Dal workers' call on Tytler 9/20/2015 10:15:22 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 20: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Seva Dal grass root level workers' today met with former union minister and senior Congress national leader Jagdish Tytler at New Delhi under the leadership of Chief Organizer Doda and National Instructor Er Surinder Singh Manhas. In the meeting, Manhas submitted a detailed report of Congress Seva Dal workers' activities to Tytler. On the occasion, the delegation of Seva Dal wholeheartedly hailed Tytler for his close coordination with grass root level party workers throughout India. They said due to this type of Tytler exercise workers feel proud and remain humble towards party leadership.
