AIBCU castigates govt for not taking cognizance of OBCs issues 9/20/2015 10:15:46 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 20: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) today held meet at Majalta Morh (Udhampur) under the leadership of Sagar Chand Mandla in which state president Abdul Majid Malik along with his team of central committee members was the chief guest. Speakers and participants lambasted the BJP and the state government for not taking seriously the matters of the state OBCs which include. "Implementation of Mandal report" by adjusting RBA/ALC reservation @ 20% and 3% horizontally vide Para 95 of the Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 on Mandal Report which is inconformity with Article 16(1) of Indian Constitution. N.C-Congress regims looted the State OBCs by the implementation of Anand Committee report of Sept. 1977 which automatically stood rejected in view of Apex Court's Judgment of 1992 over OBC reservation. Abdul Majid Malik and the participants have welcomed tomorrow's visit of Union Home Minister Raj Nath Singh in Jammu and Appealing the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who is scheduled to visit Jammu tomorrow, to take the OBCs message to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi that his slogan "Sabka Saath - Sabka Vikas" and "Social Justice" both have no sense in J&K as Dr. Jatinder Singh, who is MoS in PMO openly opposed the PM's slogan on March 22 last at his residence.
