1 killed in tipper-truck collision 9/20/2015 11:55:54 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Sept 20: One person was today killed in a tipper-truck collision at Roundomail on Dhar Road here. According to police, a tipper (JK08C/0345), which was on its way from Manwal to Udhampur, collided with a truck (PB06L/3638) near Roundomail, resulting in the death of the truck driver. The deceased was identified as Raj Kumar (29), son of Jeevan Kumar of Pathankot.
