Rajouri, Sept 20: Teaching Staff, drinking water and sanitation facility in schools and improvement and others was demanded by All J&K Kissan Union (AJKKU) Chairman. According to press reelase, former legislator Ashok Sharma among other was submitted charter of demands to the District Development Commissioner, Chief Education Officer and Superintendent Engineer R&B, Rajouri including teaching staff, making sanitation and drinking water facilities functional in all the school in light of Apex Court Judgement, the selection of already interviewed candidates class IV, appointment and joining of the selected teachers, fencing and plantation in schools, completion of school buildings by driving funds of MGNREGA, provision for Physical Education Teacher in primary and middle schools, restoration of the recently closed primary and middle schools, increase of amount of Per head Mid Day meal, separation of mid day meal, SSA and election duties from teaching staff, Teachers as per the subject need particularly for Urdu, Math and Science. In the memorandum, it was also demanded road connectivity to un-covered areas, improvement of road condition in various parts of the district as well as completion and re-building of Dak Bunglows at Kalka Methani, Chanaser Galla and Tatapani.
