PDD labourer receives electric shock 9/20/2015 11:56:12 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Sept 20: A PDD labourer today received an electric shock accidentally at Gaghot in Ramnagar tehsil this afternoon. Police said Vinay Kumar (28), son of Ajeet Singh of Gaghot, received electric shock while working in a Gaghot area. He was shifted to the district hospital, Udhampur, by some PDD officials.
