7 labourers injured as shuttering of slab collapse | | | Early Times Report BANIHAL, Sept 20: Seven persons got injured in Sangaldan area of district Ramban when slab of an under construction Jamia Masjid collapsed after the shuttering of the slab broke down. The injured persons were shifted immediately to local PHC where after first aid four of them were shifted to District Hospital, Ramban. Eyewitness accounts said that the incident occurred today when the labourers and some locals of the area were busy on casting the slab of Jamia Masjid in Sangaldan and suddenly after laying down the one third of the slab, the shuttering collapsed down resulting injuries to seven persons working on the spot. When contacted in charge police post Sangaldan Parvaiz Ahmed Khanday told Early Times that the the condition of all the minor injured persons was stable. Police have identified the injured persons as Mohammad Ashraf , Ishfaq Ahmed, Shabir Ahmed all residents of Qazigund Kashmir and Ab Rasheed, Mohammad Shafi and Shabir Ahmed residents of Sangaldan. |
