Kishtwar,Oct 18: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today held a workers meeting at Kishtwar wherein, Senior PDP leaders and workers participated.
According to press release, the meeting was organized by the PDP Kishtwar unit under the leadership of senior leaders including Ishtiyaq Waza ,Mohd. Munwar Butt, Capt.Ashraf Kitchloo ,Wasil Doolwal and Nazir Ahmed Shah .
The agenda of the meeting, as per the release was to pursue the campaign and choose the honest and dedicated candidates for the forthcoming Municipal Elections.
Party workers apprised the leaders regarding the problems being faced by them due to the poor performance of the administrative officers who are not attending their offices.
The workers also apprised the leadership regarding the problems of electricity, drinking water and other revenue related issues.
Capt. Ashraf Kitchloo, senior party worker, said that the party workers have to be strong and vigilant for the upcoming Municipality elections and informed that with the developmental vision of MLC, Firdoos Ahmed Tak, the municipality developmental works are in progress in entire 13 (thirteen ) wards of Kishtwar municipality jurisdiction, he maintained.
The party senior leaders assured all the party workers that they will talk with the MLC Firdoos Ahmed Tak for immediate remedial measures for the availability of Water, Ration, Kerosene and other basic essentials and assured that PDP unit Kishtwar will frame out the body of party in coming days for Kishtwar . |
