State Branch of HMAI hails CM's statement on Unani medicines

Kathua, Oct 18:Homoeopathic Medical Association of India (HMAI), J&K State Branch hailed statement of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed while addressing the delegates at the Global Conference on Unani medicines at Srinagar on October 12. A meeting of all the members of Homoeopathic medical Association of India, J&K State Branch held under the Chairmanship of Dr. BR Dubb State President of Association hailed Chief Minister's statement while addressing the delegates at the Global Conference on Unani medicines at Srinagar on 12th Oct. 2015, regarding the importance of Homeopathy in the health care of people of India and revival of Homoeopathy so that it regains the stature it enjoyed in old times. He also pointed out the efficiency of Homoeopathy is a time tested system of medicine which has a wide acceptance among masses in our country. They urged Chief Minister and Minister for Health and Medical Education, ARI trainings of J&K Govt. to help Homoeopathy System of Medicine and regain its position in the state health care system by giving an independent status to the Homoeopathic System of Medicine with provision at State/ Division, District, Block level, administrative structure out of ISM component and an opening of Govt. Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital on the anology of Ayurvedic and Unani Medical College in Jammu/Kashmir and then only Homoeopathic System of Medicine flourish which is safest, cheapest, effective and efficient in health care system throughout India and even at global level.
