Kupwara, Oct 22: Residents of Kupwara town and its outskirt expressed their strong resentment against Power Development Department over the unscheduled power cuts. Residents said "The Department doesn't adhere to the schedule of power cuts due to which the students preparing for examination are facing hardships".The situation in un-metered and remote villages of Kupwara, Langate, Handwara, Kralpora, Trehgam, Hayhama and valley Lolab is no different.
