Kishtwar contractors rue non availability of cash in treasury 10/23/2015 12:05:01 AM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Oct 22: The General Secretary of Small Contractors Association Kishtwar Ram Krishan Sharma resented over non-availability of cash at government Treasury Kishtwar, as a result of which the contractors are without payment since last several months, besides the GPF claims of Government employees are also pending. He said that no cash has been allocated to Government Treasury Kishtwar since 24th of September 2015, thus is causing clouds on the developmental works besides put the laborer class to hardships forcing them to agitate the matter on roads.
