SSB Inspector dies under mysterious circumstances 10/23/2015 12:05:16 AM Early Times Report Ramban, Oct 22: An Inspector of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) died under mysterious circumstances in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said here today. Inspector Ramesh Chandra Joshi was a resident of Uttrakhand. He was currently posted at Sangaldhan area of Ramban district to provide security cover to the railway construction companies, a police officer said. Joshi was found unconscious in his room after which he was brought to the district hospital, where doctors declared him as brought dead, the officer said.
