| Grandparent’s day celebrated | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 22: Jodhamal Public School celebrated Grandparents Day on Sunday to show the love, affection and gratitude towards their elders.
According to press release, the School had put up a wonderful show where the little ones surprised each and everybody by putting up a scintillating performance for their beloved grandparents. Archana, HOD English at College of Commerce, Jammu was the esteemed Chief Guest for the day and Arati Kuthiala, Trustee was the Guest of Honour.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp where all the dignitaries came on the stage for lighting of the auspicious lamp. The programme was kick started with Hanuman Vandana, which was an act much appreciated by one and all. Cute hanumans were swaying and dancing presenting a delight to the eyes.
The programme culminated with the speech by the Chief Guest and a patriotic fervor by the students. Pre-Primary Coordinator, Neetu Johri presented a welcome address and Nandini Bakshi, Senior CCA Coordinator gave away the vote of thanks. Vice Principal, Monika Sethi and Trustees presented the memento to the Chief Guest. |
