AIBCU organizes tehsil level meet 11/15/2015 11:07:38 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Nov 15: All India Backward Classes Union organized a tehsil level conference of tehsil Majalta of Udhampur district held here at village Balpur under the chairmanship of its Tehsil President Sagar Chand Mandla. State President Abdul Majid Malik along with his central committee members was the chief guest. Speakers and participants expressed shock over the unnecessary delay for the reactivation of the OBC Advisory and Development Board. Those boards like Kissan Board, Pahari Board, Schedule Caste Board and Schedule Tribe Board which has been reconstituted; people pertaining to such boards have already representations in the government but the state OBCs who have nil representation in the Governance, their board is still in hanging position.
