NC exposes its petty political games 11/15/2015 11:55:54 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 15: Opposition National Conference, which in the past managed internal affairs of the State unit of BJP, is now accusing the latter of managing the internal affairs of the People's Democratic Party. "Every single organizational change within PDP is first sent for proper approval to RSS, pending which no such change is implemented. RSS control over PDP is now total and complete and has been institutionalized into the party's functioning. This is indicative of a completely ideological surrender by PDP with the sole aim of remaining in power," reads a statement of the NC. The tone and tenor of the statement clearly reflects that NC has used this method in managing the internal affairs of the BJP. The NC had been in power in the State for most of the time, and also shared power at the Centre with the BJP. The NC managed the internal affairs of the state unit of BJP with the support and blessing of a senior BJP leader, with whom it has close relations. It used the BJP for its political gains and also to scuttle the welfare of Jammu region. The NC used BJP to the extent that the latter some time made remarks seeming critical of the BJP for the public consumption but it helped the NC consolidate its base in Kashmir or appease the sensitivities of its core base. It's therefore this reason that NC which has a full knowledge of managing the internal affairs of the opposition parties was quick to issue this statement.
