7-day long NSS camp commences at GGM Science College 12/26/2015 10:17:17 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 26: Seven days long NSS special camp today commenced at GGM Science College in which NSS volunteers from both the NSS units under the leadership of their respective NSS Programme Officers Dr. Rajinder Singh and Dr. Vinod Bakshi. In the inaugural function Prof. (Dr.) Ajeet Angral, Principal of the college was the chief guest. Speaking o n the occasion, Angral advised the students to join and participate in various routine/special camping activities organized by the NSS units of the college. He also encouraged the volunteers to participate in different national service activities which are important in a country like India, where the youth can play an important role in further strengthening the environment of peace, prosperity, oneness, brotherhood, commitment and dedication. Earlier Dr. Rajinder Singh NSS programme officer in his welcome address thanks the chief guest and other dignitaries and explained in detail the various activities to be undertaken during the camp. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Vinod Bakshi, NSS programme officer.
