| Chairman GBDB holds meet | | |  Early Times Report
Vijaypur, Dec 26: Zaffar Ali Vice Chairman Gujjar Bakkerwal Development Board alongwith Dr. Harmesh Singh Slathia PDP District President Samba and Saleem Choudhary - member Gujjar Bakkerwal Development Board convened a meeting in village Rakh Barotian under the leadership of Dr. Harmesh Singh Slathia and listened to the problems being faced by the Gujjar Families.
The Gujjar who have been settled in the village Rakh Barotian apprised the Vice Chairman regarding the problems of drinking water, electricity, ration and urged upon the government to make provision for their permanent settlement and allotment of land. The most of Gujjar families said that if the government plans to establish AIIMS in village Rakh Barotian , the Govt. should also make the arrangement for the settlement of Gujjar Bakkerwal. Vice Chairman Gujjar gave a patient hearing to the problems of Gujjar families assuring them that he will put up the matter before the higher authorities for early redressal. |
