Jammu, Dec 26 : A girl was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her residence here at Talab Khatikaan of old city today. The deceased has been identified as Neha d/o Krishan of Talab Khatikaan, police sources said. As per police reports, the girl namely Neha was found hanging by her parents who informed the police and a police team rushed to spot. The police team shifted the body to Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for autopsy, sources said, adding, "reasons behind why the girl took extreme step yet has not been ascertained." A case under section 174 CrPC has been registered in this connection. |
