| K S Public School celebrates its 15th Annual Day | | | Jammu, Dec 26 : K S Public High School, Muthi Jammu celebrated its 15th Annual Day Celebration here today with zeal and fanfare at Auditorium of Government Women's College, Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
Bali Bhagat Minister for Social Welfare, Forest Ecology & Environment was the chief guest while SP Rajinder Singh, Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth and Sports and Suraj Padha, Ex Sarpanch Muthi were the Guests of Honour. Chief Guest Minister for Social Welfare Bali Bhagat appreciated the efforts and tremendous achievements of the school in every field. He also gave away the prizes to students who had excelled on the board examination and those who excelled in games and sports. The students of school presented a colourful programme on this occasion started which started with religious ambiance followed by folk dances, mime and etc. Principal of the school Seema Malhotra read out annual report and highlighted the achievements of the school. She also referred to outstanding students namely Muskaan Sharma and Kapil Sharma who bagged position in 8th class board examination (2014-15). Vishal Bhagat and Rohit Punjalia of 9th, claimed Silver Medals in State level Wushu championship and State Level Karate Champ-oinship respectively and other four students got bronze medal in state level karate championship. Sonia Sharma and Vivek Puri of class 10th got first prize and 5100/- cash prize in poster making competition organized by GNA Institute of Management and Technology, Punjab.
