JAMMU, Jan 15 : Shivraj Singh, NCC Cadet of MAM College brought laurels to the institution by making maximum national qualifying score in the 59th National Shooting Championship held at New Delhi recently.
A final year science student, Shivraj earlier also made qualifying score in the Inter Directorate NCC Shooting Championship for All India G V Mavalankar competition at Asansol in West Bengal.
He has also obtained ninth position in the 25th All India Shooting competition.
Principal of the College, Dr Anita Sudan congratulated Shivraj for being only Senior Division (SD) Cadet from J&K to secure this distinction. Associated NCC Officer (ANO), Professor Savita Jamwal also appreciated the cadet for making the college proud. |
