NPSU criticizes BJP for taking U-turn on Dogra certificate 1/15/2016 11:50:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 15 : Reiterating the demand of issuance of Dogra certificate to Jammu youth, National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) lambasted the BJP for not espousing the sensitive issue in the past ten months. Addressing the media persons, Virender Singh State President NPSU said that Dogra certificate helped the youth of Jammu in the recruitment in military and para-military services by according relaxation in physical parameters. He added that the issuance of this certificate was discontinued by the earlier government which was the issue of grave concern. He lamented that BJP vociferously raked up this issue ahead of Assembly elections in 2014 to lure the youth of Jammu but unfortunately it took a vicious U-turn on the subject after coming to power.
