Sarpanch lays foundation stone of Panchayat Bhawan 1/15/2016 11:50:48 PM JAMMU, Jan 15 : Congress Secretary and Sarpanch Kharian Panchyat Pawan Raina R S Pura today laid the foundation stone of Panchayat Bhawan at Indra Nagar Miran Sahib in the presence of SDM RS Pura Deep Raj and BDO Miran Sahib Naresh Dingra. The Panchayat Bhawan is being constructed at a cost of Rs 20 Lakh. After laying the foundation stone of the Panchayat Bhawan, Pawan Raina directed the concern department to start the work immediately so that the project was completed within the stipulated time. Rooms including guest rooms and pantry and a dining hall besides car parking facility also provided in the premises. The Sarpanch said the construction done by the government should become an asset, which can be used by our future generations. "The Common Facilitation Centres serve as the multipurpose assets and are beneficial for the people in catering their larger needs," Raina said.
