Seminar on 'role of youth in nation building' organised 3/6/2016 10:47:45 PM Bhaderwah, Mar 6: A seminar titled the "Role of Youth and Students in Nation Building" was organized by the Department of English Govt. Degree College Bhaderwah. As many as 200 students from the college and outside attended the programme. The programme was also attended by renowned academicians, Ex. Principals, Professors, Doctors and alumni of the college. Seven participants from different classes and streams of the college expressed their views on the subject and pointed out the responsibilities of the youth in making India as a modal nation for the rest of the world to follow in all spheres. It also sought to make them aware of their responsibilities in nation building. The Principal of the college Prof. Z. A Hashmi spoke extensively for making the present day youth committed enough to be qualified for nation building. Earlier Prof. Basharat Iqbal HOD English extended a warm welcome to the guests and dignitaries for sparing their valuable time to attend the occasion. Among others who spoke on the occasion were Dr. Mohd Iqbal Ex. Principal of the college, Dr. Javed Iqbal HOD Botany, Dr. Javed Iqbal Thooker . The vote of thanks was extended by Prof. Naz Zargar Asstt.
