Kathua, Mar 6: Youth National Conference today announced government degree college Kathua unit, nominating Neeraj Dutta as new president.
The other members of unit Vice President Jaspreet Singh Janu ,Vice President Shabir Ahmed, Manpreet Dogra Vice President , Iqbal chowdhury Vice President , Vikram Rathor, Secretery Gulam gulzar, Massom Ali Joint Sectery , Navneet Secretery, Bhanu Partap Singh Vice President , Saif joint secretary, Jasmeet Singh and Rahul Gupta cashier.
