Police apprehends bootlegger 3/20/2016 11:16:52 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Mar 20: Tightening the noose of bootleggers, District Police Ramban apprehended one person for smuggling/ sel?ing liquor. According to police officials, he was arrested for trying to smuggle Poly packs of JK Desi Whisky for further sale in the locals to earn illegitimate profit when a police party of police station Banihal apprehended him from main bazaar on a specific information. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Ayoub Wagay son of Ahmedullah Wagay resident of Nogam Tehsil Banihal District Ramban and is booked under FIR No. 32/2016 u/s 48 (f) Excise act PS Banihal. The arrest has been made by police party led by SHO PS Banihal Inspr.
