GDC organises felicitation programme 4/1/2016 10:02:16 PM Early Times Report Ramnagar, April 1: Government Degree College organized prograame to felicitate student who participated in RD Parade. The programme was organized in honour of NSS Volunteer Pankaj Singh, BSc Part III session 2015-16, who participated in RD Parade 2016 along with three other participants to represent J&K State. Out of hundreds of Volunteers, Pankaj Singh was selected for RD after two phases of selection. First at Jammu University in September for the Pre-RD Selection in which two Volunteers from the college Namely Pankaj Singh and Dipshi BSc part III were selected to attend Pre-RD Selection Camp from 25th September to 4th of October 2015 at Sikar, Rajasthan from where Pankaj Singh was Selected to Participate in RD Delhi from 1st Jan to 31st January 2016.
